Overseers of the Poor of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields
within the Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seals of the

One Month were removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish
of Saint Pancras
in the County of Middlesex
to the said Parish
of Saint Martin
in the Fields as the place of their last legal
Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to be
Aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to this
Court against the Adjudication of the said Two Justices
and their said Order and pray that their Appeal
may be saved unto them and that your Worships
will be pleased to Appoint a day to hear and determine
the said Appeal
And Your Petitioners will ever pray etc
