Middlesex to Wit


To the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. Pancras,
in the County of Middlesex ; and to
the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. Martin in
the Fields in the said County

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
us, Two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the County of Middlesex aforesaid, (One
Whereof being of the Quorum) by the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of St,. Pancras That Thomas Morgan< no role >
and Catherine< no role > his Wife and his tho
Children Namely Thomas< no role > aged five years
and Elizabeth< no role > aged one Month have
lately intruded and come into the said Parish of St.
Pancras , and are become chargeable to the same, We
the said Justices upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true , and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the said Thomas Morgan< no role >
and Catherine his Wife and his two Children
Thomas and Elizabeth to be in the Parish of
St. Martin in the field in the said County

THESE are therefore in His Majesty's Name
to charge and command you the said Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of St. Pancras , to remove and convey the said Thomas
Morgan
< no role > and Catherine< no role > his Wife and his two
Children Thomas and Elizabeth< no role >
from and out of Your said Parish of St. Pancras to
the said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields

and them deliver unto the Churchwardens and Over-
seers of the Poor there, or to some or one of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy thereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
them according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals this 29th day of Decer in the
Year of our Lord 1796
