To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and
for the County of Middlesex in their present General Quarter
Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


Thay by Virtue of an Order under the Hands &
Seals of the A. Graham & W. Bleamire Esqr. Two of His
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in & for the County of
Middlesex (One of the Quorum) bearing date the 22
day of December 1796 Samuel Kinght< no role > & Sarah< no role > his Wife
together with their Three Children Vizt. Sarah< no role > aged
Eight Years or there about James< no role > aged Three Years and
half or there abouts and Samuel< no role > aged Six weeks or
thereabouts were removed & Conveyed from & and of
the Parish of St. Sepulchre which lieth in the County
of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Clement
Danes as the place of their last legal Settlement
Whereby your Petitioners Conceive themselves
Aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore Appeal
against the said Order and Humbly pray relief
in the premises and that your Worships
will be Pleased to Appoint same day in this
Present Session for the hearing & determining
this their Appeal

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
