The Report of the Prison Comtee was laid before the eh.
(as per cons) insert the Report)

The Prison Commettee being of was
Afaire that an Infirmary for ye
Reception of Tiemade Prisoners
was necessary & wanting at these
New Prison
Mr. Rosen the County
Surveyor laid before the Court a
plan and Estimate of an Infirmary to be built in the Griden adjoing over prior
preferred agreable to the directions
given him by
of the prison Committee

Resolved thatand it appearing by the Estimate
that the carrying such plan outs executed wod. amount
to the Sum of £1400 & upwards Resdue that the same is inexpedient
at present, and that Mr. Rogers be directed to make a
Temporary Accommodation for the female sick Prisoners in one or more
of the Rooms of the Old House of Correction adjoing to new Prison
at as little Peneror possible.

Resolved that Mr. Aris to make a particular Report of the BehaviourConductof
the abovementd. 27 prisrs. on the Co: Day of the next Sesss.)
