Regular Prison Allowance made
to the Prisoners Previous to their
Removal to the New House of Correctn

And That
the remainder of the said Twenty Seven
Persons he restricted in their Allowance
of Provisions which is to be below
the Standard Allowed the other
Prisoners whose Conduct has been
More decent and Orderly
and it is further (take in the direction for Aris to report here-1)

This Court taking outs its most serious Consdn. the heavy demand on the County
Rate and the very grate Expence of the new House of Correction much augmented by the
exercised allowances rate to the Pris Daily of Butchers meat Greenland Stops by which
allowances they are supported in a mode of living superior to that which many poor Industries
House keepers who pay towards the County rate are [..] able to allow to their Families-It is
therefore unanimously

Resolved That in future the allowance
of Butchers Next to the Prisoners
be abedged and that Three
days [..] in the Week no Tilesh most
of any kind be allowed to be formed
of any of the Prisoners
