Petitioners part your Petitioner applied to Nicholas
Bond
< no role > Esquire one of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex for Protection
who thereupon caused the said John Stephens< no role > to
come before him to answer the Complaint and
upon hearing the said Complaint the said Justice
ordered and directed the said John Stephen< no role > , to find
duration to answer the same at the present Session
and advised your Petitioner to apply to Your
Worships for Redress and directed your Petitioners
Father to take him under his protection until the
hearing and determining of the said Complaint

Your Petitioner therefore most
humbly Prays that your Worships
will take his Care into Consideration
and discharge him of and from his
Apprenticeship to the said John
Stephens
< no role > so that he may be able
to Bind himself to another Master
for the remainder of the said tern
And that your Worships will be
pleased to Order the said John
Stephens
< no role > to pay back to your
Petitioner such Proportion of the
said Sum of £20 given with
him as an Apprentice Fee to
the said John Stephens< no role > as in
your Worships Wisdom shall
seem Meet

And your Petitioner
