To the Right Worshipful his Majesty's Justices
of the peace for the County of Middlesex at their
General Sessions of the Peace assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint Catherine Cree Church
otherwise Christ Church in the City of London

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order removal under the hands and
Seals of Patrick Colquhoun< no role > and Daniel Williams< no role > Esquires two
of his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex
bearing date the twenty second day of June last past Mary
Bone
< no role > (the Wife of Thomas Bone< no role > who had refused to maintain her)
and this two Children Thomas< no role > Aged about eight Years and James< no role >
Aged three years or thereabouts were removed poor the Parish
of Saint Luke in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish of
Saint Catherine Cree Church otherwise Christ Church (called
in the said Order the parish of Saint Katharine Cree Church )
in the City of London the said Justices thereby adjudging that
to be the place of her last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners therefore conceiving themselves
to be aggrieved by the said Order of Removal most humbly.
pray that your Worships will be pleased to appoint
some day in this present Session to hear this their
Appeal And to make an Order that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint
Luke had all Parties concerned in and about the
premises may then and there attend hear and
abide the determination of your Worships herein

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
