To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
in their General Session Peace at
the Session House Clerkenwell Green
assembled

The Humble Petition and appeal of the
Church Wardens and overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Trinity Little Minories in the County
of Middlesex

Shew


That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or order trader
the Hands and Seals of W Bleamire and A Graham
Esqrs Two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and
for the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of
the Quorum) bearing date the Eleventh day of July
1796 Francis Cahill< no role > was removed and Conveyed from
and out of the Parish of St Leonard in the Liberty
of Saint Martins Le Grand in the said County of
Middlesex to the said Parish of Trinity Little Minories
as the place of the last Legal Settlement of the said
Francis Cahill whereby your Petitioners Conceive
themselves aggrived

Therefore they appeal to this
Court against the adjudication of
the said Two Justices and the said
order and prays that your Worships
will be pleased to adjourn the
hearing of the said appeal and appoint
some day in the next Sessions for
the hearing and Determination of the
said appeal and to order that the Church
Wardens and overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Leonard and
all Persons Concerned do the attend
this Court

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray.
