WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto us, two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for
the County of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the
Quorum) by the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields

said Count, That

aged about
Eight Years hath
lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to Settle
there, contrary to Law. And it appeareth unto us the
said Justices, and we do adjudge, that he is
likely
[..] become chargeable to the said Parish; and upon Exa-
mination of the Premises taken upon, Oath, and other Cir-
cumstances, it further appeareth unto us, and we do like
wife adjudge, that the Parish of St. Dunstan in
the West
in the City of London
is the Place of the last legal
Settlement of the said

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name to Charge and
Command the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields

with to remove and convey the said

said Parish of St. Dunstan
and deliver him to the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, who are
hereby required to provide for him according to Law.
