To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex

The humble Petitioner and appeal of the Churchwardens
and overseers of the Poor of the Parish of North
Muskham in the County of Nottingham

Sheweth

That by an Order of Removal under the hands and
Seals of John Scott< no role > and T: Were esquired Two of his a
Majesty's Justices of the peace acting in and for the said
County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date
the Twelfth day of August last, Rachael Archer< no role > wife of Joseph
Archer
< no role > a Soldier together with her four Children Vizt Mary< no role >
aged upwards of Twelve Years Joseph< no role > (aged upwards of Eight
Years Ann< no role > aged upwards of Four Years and Elizabeth< no role >
aged upwards of six Months were removed and conveyed
from and out of the Parish of Saint Luke Chelsea in the
said county of Middlesex to the said Parish of North a
Muskham as the place of their legal Settlement

Your Petitioners thinking themselves aggreived by
the said order of Removal of the said Two
Justices appeal against the same and
humbly pray that the said Appeal May be
heard His Present Session and that a
Time may to appointed for the the hearing
and determining there of
