At the general Quarter Sessions of the
Peace of our Lord the King holden in and
for the said County at the Session House on
Clerkenwell Green on Monday the twenty
sixth Day of October in the Thirty sixth Year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
Third King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Laleham in
the said County have Notice of the within Appeal
and that they and all Parties concerned do
attend this Court on Thursday the twenty
ninth Day of October Instant at Nine of the Clock
in the forenoon of the same Day of hear and
abide the Judgment and Determination of the
said Court touching the said Appeal
