To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex in their
Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Dunstan in the
West in the City of London .

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of John Scott< no role > and Rupert Clarke< no role > Esquires
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex (one where of being of the Quorum) bearing date the
Eighteenth Day of September last Thomas Dupuis< no role > was
Removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint
Giles in the Fields in the County of Middlesex to the Parish
of Saint Dunstan in the West in the City of London as the
Place of the last legal Settlement o the said Thomas
Dupuis.

That your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the said Warrant or Order Do humbly appeal against
the same and pray this Court that the Benefit of the said
Appeal be saved unto them until the next General Session
of he Peace to be holden in and for the said County of
Middlesex and that they and all Persons concerned may
then attend to hear and abide the Judgment and determination
of this Court touching the said Appeal.

And your Petitioners will ever pray
