and eight Shillings on the Saturday of every Week
during the Continuance of this Agreement And the first
payments thereof to begin and be made on Saturday

doth herby Covenant promise and agree to and with
the said Thomas Rogers< no role > and John Rogers< no role > their
Executors and Administrators that it shall and
may be lawful to and for them the said Thomas
Rogers

ministrators during the Continuance of these Articles
of Agreement to have the use and liberty of
running and Grazing for his and their Florse in
the Meadow or part of the Meadow lying on the
lower South East part of the Meadow there called
Temple Mead as the same is now divide [..]
laid out and which containeth by admeasurement
one Acre one Rood and thirty one Poles And also
the Use and liberty of the Stable for his and their
Horse and the Carthouse for his and their Cart
Gratis and without paying or makeing any recom-
-pence for the same Meadow Ground Stable and
Carthouse whatsoever And the said Thomas Rogers< no role >
and John Rogers< no role > for themselves severally and
respectively and for their several and respective
Heirs Executors and Administrators do hereby Covenant
Promise and Agree to and with the said Richard
Barton
