in the Parish of Bledlow in the County of Bucks
Farmer and John Rogers< no role > of the same place Miller
(son of the said Thomas Rogers< no role > ) of the other part
as followeth

First they the said Thomas Rogers< no role > and John
Rogers< no role > do hereby severally Covenant Promise and
agree to and with the said Richard Barton< no role > his
Executors and Administrators that they the said
Thomas Rogers< no role > and John Rogers< no role > their Executors
and Administrators shall and will with his and
their Horses Carts Waggons or Carriages at his
and their own Costs and Charges from the Day
of the Date of these Present Articles of Agreement
for and during and until the Twenty fifth Day
of March Which will be in the Year of Our Lord
One thousand seven Hundred and Ninety five
deliver or cause to be delivered at the Corn Mills
belonging to him the said Richard Barton< no role > Si-
-tuate standing and being in the Parish of
Chepping Wycombe in the said County of Bucks
at or near a certain place thence called the
Flither Marsh Weekly and every Week three
Loads and in half of Wheat at the least and then
and there at their own Costs and Charges Grind
and make the same into Flour and shall and
will pay to the said Richard Barton< no role > his Executors
or Administrators during the said Term for the
same after the rate of eight Shillings for each
Load Weekly and every Week in manner and form
