The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Dunstan
in the West in the City of London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the Hands
and Seals of A. Graham and Rupert Clarke< no role > Esquires . Two of
his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the second Day of
March Instant Ann Harrison< no role > was removed and conveyed from
and Act of the Parish of Saint James at Clerkenwell in the County
of Middlesex to the Parish of Saint Dunstan in the West in the
City of London as the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Ann Harrison< no role > .

That your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the said Warrant or Order Do humbly Appeal against the
same and pray the Court that the benefit of the said Appeal
be saved unto them until the next General Session of the Peace
to be holden for the said County of Middlesex and that they
and all Persons concerned may then attend to hear and abide
the Judgment and determination of this Court touching
the said Appeal.
