Richard Barton< no role > his Executors or Administrators
the said Sums of One pound and eight Shillings
of lawful Money of Great Britain on the Saturday
in every Week as aforesaid when and as the
same shall become due and payable And
also shall and will well and fifthfully make
the first payment thereof on Saturday the said second
Day of October next And the said Richard
Barton< no role > doth hereby Covenant and Agree that he
his Executors or Administrators shall and will
at the end and expiration of the said Articles
of Agreement take to again all and Singular
the Utensills belonging to the said Corn Miles on
fair appraisment and pay to them the said Thomas
Rogers< no role > and John Rogers< no role > their Executors or Admin-
-istrators or some or one of them such Sum
of Money as the same shall be appraised at as
aforesaid And for the true performance of these
Articles of Agreement each of the said Partices
hereby bindeth himself and themselves his and
their Heirs Executors and Administrators to the
other of the said Parties his Execuctors Adminis-
-trators and assigns in the penal Sum of Fifty
Pounds of good and lawful Money of Great
Britain firmly by these presents In Witness
