the County of Middlesex Maketh Oath that Sarah Waterman< no role >
Singlewoman (who on the 23rd. day of April now last Past
upon her Oath declared herself to be pregnant with a Child
or Children which was or were likely to be born a Bastard or
Bastards And to become Chargeable to the said Parish And
that one Samuel Bridgen< no role > was the true father of such Child
or Children) is now Maintained in the Workhouse belonging
to and at the expence of the said Parish And hath not
been delivered but Doth [..] still continue Pregnant of
such Child or Children
