was duly convicted before Me

. One of His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace
for the said County of Middlesex
of a certain Misdemeanor
(that is to say) for that she the said Sarah Clarke< no role >
from and after the Twenty-fourth Day of June, One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Sixty-two, (to Wit) on the Day and Year
first above written at the Parish of Saint John
of Wapping
in the said County, had in her Possession
a Quantity of raw Sugar weighing six
pounds
Part of the Cargo of some Ship or Vessel on the
River Thames
, which had then lately been Stolen, or unlawfully pro-
cured from, or out of the same.
Contrary to the Statute Etc.
By Reason whereofI, the said Justices, did adjudge her the said
Sarah Clarke< no role >
to have forfeited for her said Offence, the Sum of Forty Shillings
(this being her first Offence). GIVEN under my Hand
and Seal, the Day and Year first above written
