At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King holden in and for the County of Middlesex
at the Session House on Clerkenwell Green in the
said County on the Day of
in the Thirty fourth Year of the Reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King
of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered that the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields in
the County of Middlesex aforesaid have notice of this
Appeal and they and all parties concerned are to
attend this Court on next the
Instant at nine of the Clock in the forenoon of
the same Day to hear and abide the Judgement
of the said Court touching the said Appeal
