To the Worshipful His Majestys Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex in
General Quarter Session of the peace for the
said County assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Andrew
Undershaft in the City of London

Sheweth


That by virtue of a certain order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of the Reverend Herbert Mays< no role > [..] DD . and
John Staples< no role > Esquire Two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in
and for the County of Middlesex bearing Date the Twenty Eighth day
of March 1794 Frances Lipman< no role > Singlewoman was conveyed
from and out of the Parish of Saint George in the County of
Middlesex to the said parish of Saint Andrew Undershaft in the City
of London as the place of her lawful Settlement whereby your
Petitioners apprehend themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal
against the said Order or Pass Warrant and
Pray that Your Worships will be pleased to
appoint a Day in the present Session for the
hearing and determination thereof
