day of March last convicted by

of the Justices of the peace
for the said County upon an
information exhibited and presented by
Henry Yates< no role >
charging that on the Twenty sixth day of February last
your Petitioner did on the said twenty sixth day of February
unlawfully use or came to be used a Stage Coach upon
a certain Turnpike Road in the
parish of Saint Mary
Islington
in the County of Middlesex
upon the pannels
of the Doors of which said Coach was not painted his
Christian name in large legible letter contrary to the
Statute in that case made and provided
That your Petitioner conceives himself
aggrieved by such conviction and is advised to appeal
against the same.
Your Petitioner therefore
