Luke Mc Mullen< no role > for this Deponent on his said Trial he this Deponent
cannot as he is advised and verily believes with Safety to himself taken
his Trail for the Offence for which he stands Indicted And this Deponent
saith that a Letter hath been received lately from the said Luke Mc Mullen< no role >
by John Mc Mullen< no role > this Deponents Son from Madrass in the East Indies
Stating that his Health was Impaired by the Fatigue of the last War
with Tippoo Saib< no role > the Sulta n And that he the said Luke Mc Mullen< no role >
would Soon return to this Kingdom And this Deponent saith he verily
believes that the said Luke Mc Mullen< no role > is now on his Voyage to England
And will if living Arrive in London before the next Session Oyor and
Terminer to be holden for the said County in the Month of July next
when this Deponent will use his utmost Endeavours to procure the
Attendance of the said Luke Mc Mullen< no role > as a Witness for this County And
this Deponent hopes and Verily believes he will be able to prose [..] the
Attendance of the said Luke Mc Mullen< no role > if living at the said next
Session.
