might Possebly give him some further information this
Deponent accordingly went to the said Mrs. Horton who resides
in the same Street and she likewise informed this Deponent
that her Brother in Law
had embark'd some time ago for
Philadelphia
and that she believed he was there by this time
And this Deponent further saith that he then enquired of the said
Mrs. Horton if she knew where the Wife of the Prosecutor
might be found when the said Mrs. Horton told this Deponent
after the Goods of the Prosecutor were sold of by Auction in
Peter Street
and the House Let the Prosecutors Wife
removed to Lodging in Westminster
but she had Guitted them
and where she had removed to neither at her late Lodgings in
Westminster
aforesaid or any where else could she the said
Mrs. Horton gain any intelligence all which said several
Informations this Deponent believes to be tried and that such
of Tryal path not been countermanded to the Brownridge or belief of this
Deponent
