of Great Russell Street Bloomsbury in the County of Middlesex
Solicitors for the Prosecution maketh Oath and Saith that in the
Month of March last the above named Defendant entered into a
Recognizance before William Bleamire< no role > Esquire to appear and plead to
any Indictment which should be preferred against him by the above
named Prosecutor at the then next Sessions tobe holden for this County
And this Deponent for the saith that on Indictment was preferred
and found at the last Sessions holden for this County against the said
Defendant on the Prosecution of the said Henry Norton Willis< no role > for
as Assault And this Deponent saith that he was this Morning
informed by Mr. Hinley that the said Edward Bennett< no role > had not yet
appeared and pleaded to the [..] said Indictment
