Peter Mcmullen< no role > For perjury

Peter Mc Mullen< no role > of the new Road in the Parish of Saint George in the
County of Middlesex Gentlman maketh Oath and Saith that an
Indictment was at the Session of Oyer and Terminer holden for the
County of Middlesex in the Month of April now Cast past preferred
against this Deponent for the Crime of Perjury alledged to have been
committed by this Deponent in an answer Sworn on the twenty third
day of January which was in the twenty seventh year of the Reign of
his present Majesty to a Bill field against this Deponent in the Court of
Chancery by John Rippingham< no role > the Prosecutor of the said Indictment
who had been a partner with this Deponent in his Business of an Attorney
of the court of Kings Bench and of a Solliciter of the Court of Chancery
touching the Accounts between this Deponent and the said John Rippingham< no role >
And also in an answer sworn on the fifteenth day of January which
was in the twenty eight year of the Reign of his present Majesty to an
Amended Bill filed against this Deponent in the said Court by the said
John Ripingham< no role > touching such Accounts And this Deponent having
been taken into custody on a Bench Warrant granted on the said
Indictment during the said Session pleased not guilty to the said
Indictment and entred into a Recognizance with Suretys for his
Personal Appearance at this present Session of Oyer and Terminor
holden for the said County to prosecute his haverse with Effect on the
said Indictment And this Deponent further saith that Luke me Middlesex
who had the principal Care of this Deponents House in the said parish
of Saint George on or about the thirtieth day of May which was in the
Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Eighty six (as near
as this Deponent can recollect as to time) is a material and necessary
Witness for this Deponent on his Trial for the Offence contained in the-
said Indictment and that without the Benefit of the Testimoney of the said
