John Jeyes< no role > of Titchfield Street in the Parish of Saint Mary le
Bone in the County of Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath and
saith that her was present at the Signing and giving of the
annexed Receipt and that he did see William Paddy< no role > whose
name appears to be subscribed thereto Sign the same
and that such Receipt was given for and in discharge
of all Demands Difference and Disputes between him
the said William Paddy< no role > and Thomas Hall< no role > therein
named and in particular in discharge of and for the
purpose of putting an end to a certain Appeal which the
said Thomas Hall< no role > had on or about the Sixteenth
day of November then last entered in to a Recognizance
(before Nathaniel Conant< no role > Esquire
one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
Liberty of Westminster [..] prosecute at December
Sessions last at the Sessions House for the said
County of Middlesex
