John Finch< no role > of Dolleys Hill Wilsdon in
the County of Middlesex Son of Joseph Finch< no role > of the
same place Farmer , maketh Oath and Saith That
in the Month of January last One Ann Budd< no role > having
taken away a Parcel of Wood that was laid to mend the Fences
of his Father Farmthe said Joseph Finch< no role > his Father
sent him to a Magistrate to get a Warrant That this
Deponent went to the Police Office in Queens Square Westminster
and got same, that he then took One Smith the Constable of
Wilsdon Parish with him and had her Apprehended upon
the said Warrant and Carried her in Custody to Queens
Square aforesaid where upon this Deponents Evidence she
was Committed and the Magistrate Bound this Deponent to
appear and Prosecute her at the next February Sessions
And this Deponent Saith That the Magistrates gave
the said Ann Budd< no role > into the Custody of the said Smith
the Constable to take her to the Prison at Clerkenwell That as
Smith was taking her to Prison she Slipped from him
some where near the Hay market as Smith in formedDeponent
and made her Escape which Information Deponent believes to be [..]
