Esquire one of His Majestys Justices of the
peace for the County of Middlesex
to appeal to His Majesty's Justices
of the Peace at their next General Quarter Session of the Peace
to be holden in and for the said County of Middlesex
against
a certain conviction or Order of Joseph Faikney< no role >
Esquire where by
the said Philip Booth< no role >
was convicted in the sum of Forty
Shillings for unlawfully using or Causing to be next on the
Eleventh day of July then and now last past a Cart Number
4926 upon a certain Public Highway in the Parish of saint
John Clerkenwell
in the said County of Middlesex
he having
refused or neglected to make a fresh Entry with the [..]
commissioners for licensing Hackney Coaches since the [..]
Alteration of Partnership to the Number painted on his said last
and also to abide the Order of and to pay such Costs as Child
be awarded by the said Justices at such Quarter Session
and this Deponent further saith That he did on Tuesday the twenty five
day of October instant enquire of Mr Hinley of the Clerk of the peace's Office for
the said County of Middlesex
