Middlesex Tarmer Maketh Oath and Saith That
in or about the Month of July last he this Deponent
was bound over in a Recognizance To Prosecute the
above named Dependant, at September Sessions that
[..] Recognizance was taken bySmith Esqr
one of his Majesty Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex And this Deponent further
Saith that owing to some material Business when
was of Great Importance to him this Deponent
to this Deponent was under the Necessity of
going into Northumberland in the Month of
August last and was detained there by such
Business until after the Session of the Peace
