to prosecute and this Deponent to give Evidence as this Deponent take
been informed and believe And this Deponent further saith the said

having been in Goal for some time
previous to the Session held in April last the said

told his Deponent as the true had got Families and the Offence but
Vicfling and they had lane in prison some time he thought the

and this Deponent further possitively saith He did attend the session
House on the first day of the session to which he was so bound to
appear and was there within a Quarter of an Hour of ten o' Clock
in the forenoon of that day and he then met the said

coming from the Grand Jury, and was told the Bill was there own
out and that he should not prosecute them further and therefore there
would be no Occasion for this Deponent further Attendance and the said
Thomas Hockley and this Deponent came away together, And this
Deponent further paith he hath been to enquire after the said
Thomas Hockley< no role >
to Join him in this affedavit and finds on such
Requiry had sill not be in Town till this Evening
