doth for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant promise and
agree to and with the said Benjamin Page< no role > and James Topless< no role > and the Survivor
and the Executors and Administrators of such Survivor by these presents in manner
following (that is to say) that if the said intended Marriage shall take effect that
then he the said William Freestone< no role > shall and will permit and suffer the said Ann
Wootton< no role > (his intended wife) by will or any other Instrument in Writing to give
order Comit and appoint the residue of the said One thousand nine hundred pounds
Five per Cent Bank Annuities to any person or persons for any Trust Use Intent or
purpose whatsoever and that he the said William Freestone< no role > shall and will permit
and suffer any Will that shall or may be made by the said Ann Wooton his
intended Wife after the said Intended Marriage to be duly proved by the Executor or
Administrators in such Will to be named and Probate of such Will to be had and
taken as usual and that such person to persons to whom the said Ann Wootton shall
give and dispose of any part of the residue of the said One thousand nine hundred
pounds Five per Cent Bank annuities by her will or any other Writing that shall be
signed sealed and Executed by her and attested in the presence of two or more credible
Witness shall and may lawfully peaceably and quiety have hold occupy possess and
enjoy the same according to the true intentand meaning of such Gift Bequest or
Appointment without any Let suit Trouble Daniel Hendrance or Interruption of or by
the said William Freestone< no role > his Executors Administrators or Assigns or any of them
Provided always and it is hereby declared and Agreed by and between the said
parties to these presents that in Case shall happen that the said Roger Monk< no role > shall
depart this Life in the Life time of the said Ann Wootton without Issue lawfully
begotten living at the time of his decease that then and in such Case they the said
Benjamin Page< no role > and James Topless< no role > and the survivor of them and the Executors and
Adminstrators of such Survivor shall stand and be possessed of the before
mentioned sum of One thousand two Hundred pounds Five per Cent Bank
Annuities part of the said One thousand nine Hundred pounds Five per cent
Bank Annuities upon the same Trust and subject to the same limitation Gift
Order Appointment or disposition as is hereinbefore mentioned expressed or declared of
and concerning the residue of the said One thousand nine hundred pounds five per Cent
Bank Annuities Provided Also and it is hereby further declared and agreed by and
between the said Parties to those Presents that in Case the said Mary Edus the
