Suffer the said William Freestone< no role > and his Assigns to have receive and take the Dividence
and Interest of the Annuities and the Rents of the said Copyhold Premises to
and for his Own use and benefit for and during the natural Life of the said Ann
Wootton in Case he the said William Freestone< no role > shall servive her and upon further
First that from and immediately after the decease of the said Ann Wootton that they
the said Benjamin Page< no role > and James Topless< no role > shall stand and be possessed of the
said Annuities as hereinafter mentioned (that is to say) Upon Trust to transfer One
thousand two hundred pounds part of the said One thousand nine hundred
pounds Bank Five per Cent Annuities to Roger Monk< no role > Son of the said Ann Wootton< no role > if
then living for his own use and benefit but if Dead then upon Trust to transfer and
Assign the said One thousand two hundred pounds part of the said One thousand nine
hundred pounds Five per Cent Bank annuities in equal Shares to and among all
and every the Child and Children of the said Roger Monk lawfully beg often that
shall by living at the time of the decease of the said Roger Monk< no role > if more than one and
if but one then to transfer the whole of the said One thousand two hundred pounds
part of the said One thousand nine hundred pounds Bank five per Cent Annuities
to such only Child and upon further Trust that they the said Benjamin Page< no role > and
James Topless< no role > and the Survivor of them and the Executors and Administrators of such
Survivor do and shall immediately after the decease of the said Ann Wootton transfer
One hundred and Twenty pounds other part of the said One thousand nine Hundred pounds
Bank Five per Cent Annuities to Mary Edus< no role > the Elder of [..] Wilsons Place near Charing
Cross Widow the Cousin of the said Ann Wootton to and for her own use and benefit if
then living and if dead then to transfer the said one Hundred and twenty pounds
Bank Five per Cent annuities to Mary Edus the Younger (Daughter of the before named
Mary Edus) now living with her said Mother for her own use and benefit And
Upon further Trust that they the said Benjamin. Page< no role > and James Topless< no role > and the
Survivor of them and the Executors or Administrators of such Survivor do and
shall immediately after the decease of the said ann Wootton transfer the sum of
Two hundred pounds further part of the said One thousand nine hundred pound
Five per Cent Bank Annuities unto the said Mary Edus the Younger if then
living to and for her own use and benefit and if dead and the said Mary Edus
the Elder shall be then living them upon Trust to transfer the said Two hundred
pounds five per Cent Bank Annuities to the said Mary Edus the Elder to and for her
own use and benefit And upon further Trust that the said Benjamin Paye and
James Topless< no role > and the Survivor of them and the Executors and Administrators of
such Survivor do and shall stand and be possessed of the residuce of the said One
thousand nine hundred pounds Five per Cent Bank Annuities upon such Trust
and for such Uses intents and purposes as she the said Ann Wootton shall or
may at any time or times hereafter notwithstanding her Coverture limit give order
appoint or dispose of the same or any part or parts thereof either by her last will
and testament in Writng or by any other Writing to be by her duly executed in the
presence of two or more credible Witness And the said William Freestone< no role >
