Cent Bank Annuities And the said William Freestone< no role > doth hereby for himself his
Executors and Administrators disclaim all Right and Interest that he or they might
eventually become entitled to in or to the said Copyhold Premises or the Rents and
Profits thereof upon the decease of the said Ann Wootton< no role > (in Case he shall survive her)
either by virtue of the Custom of the said Manor or by the Curtesy of England and upon
further trust that if the said intended Marriage shall take effect and the said William
Freestone
< no role > shall depart this Life in the life time of the said Ann Wootton then and in such
Case that they the said Benjamin Page< no role > and James Topless< no role > on the Survivor of them or the
Executors or Administrators of such survivor shall and will transfer and set over
unto the said Ann Wotton or to such person or persons as she shall appoint by any Did
or Writing to be by her duly executed in the presence of and attested by two or more credible
Witness the said residue of the said One thousand nine hundred pounds Five per Cent
Bank Annuities Provided Always and it is hereby declared and agreed that the said
Trustees their Executors and Administrators shall or may in the first place deduct or
retain out of the said Annuities or the Interest or Dividents arising thereon all such
sum and sums of money Costs Charges Expences and Damages which they or either of
them shall pay expend lay out sustain or be put unto for or by reason or means of this
present Trust or any Act Matter or Thing which shall or may be done or happen in about
or relating to the Execution thereof or touching or concerning the same and also that the
said Trustees their Executors or Adminstrators shall not be chargeable or accountable for
more money than what they or any of them shall respectively and Actually receive by
virtue of them present not shall the one of them be [..] geable for or wife
the Act Receipt or Default of the other of them but each for himself his own Act Receipt
Default only In Witness whereof the said Parties to these Presents have hereunto
