The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint James within
the Liberty of Westminister
in the said
County
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the Hand and Seals of N Bond and Tho Vaughan< no role >

of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the said
County of Middlesex
and one of them of the Quorum bearing
date the fourteenth day of August last William Matthew East< no role >
therein said to be the son of John East< no role >
and Sophia< no role >
his
Wife
aged about Eight Years born in the said Parish of
Saint James was conveyed from and out of the Parish of
Kensington
in the said County to the said Parish of Saint
James as the places of his lawful Settlement whereby your
Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Appeal to this Court against the
Adjudication of the said two Justice
and their said Order and pray that
your Worship will be pleased to appoint
a Day to hear and determine the said
Appeal
And your Petitioners will ever pray Etc.
