MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, ()
on Monday the seventh Day of September in the
twenty ninth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of great Britain, Etc. Before William
Mainwaring
< no role > , William Bleamire< no role > , Thomas Gordon< no role > , Charles Triquet< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellow, Justices of our said Lord the
King, assigned to keep the Peace in the County aforesaid; and
also to hear determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other
Misdemeanours committed in the same County

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint
Bartholomew by the Exchange in the city of London Have at this present Session
Exhibited their Petition and Appeal setting forth That by an Order on pass Warant
bearing date the twenty sixth day of August 1789 under the Hands and Seals of Philip
Dyot
< no role > and David Walker< no role > Esquires two of His Majestys Justices of the peace in and for the
said County (one whereof being of the quorum) William king< no role > Ann < no role > his Wife and their two
children vizt. Catherine < no role > aged anout Eleven years and William < no role > aged about Ten years were
removed from the Parish of Saint Clement danes in the said County of Middlesex to the
said Parish of Saint Bartholomew by the Exchange as the place of their last legal
settlement whereby the Petitioners conveived themselves aggrieved Now upon hearing
the said appeal and what hath been alledged by the respective Churchwardens and
overseers of the poor of the said Parishes their Counsel and Witnesses in and concerning
the premises It is Ordered that the said appeal be and the same is hereby dismissed
and the said order on pass warrant of the said two Justices is hereby confirmed And it
is further Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
parish of Saint Bartholomew by the Exchange in the city of London maintain and
provide for the said William king< no role > ann his wife and their said two Children until
they can free themselves from the charge thereof by are course of Law
