the Rest of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of
the Peace assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Mary at Hill in
the City of London

Sheweth

That by virue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of Nicholas Bond< no role > and
Edward Nash< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace forCity & Liberty of appointmentthe said Count (one whereof being being of the
Quroum) being Date the Seventeenth Day of August
One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty Nine Maria
Matilda Swain
< no role > was removed and conveyed by the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex from
and out of the said Parish to the said Parish of Saint
Mary at Hill in the City of London as the Place of her
last legal settlement.

Your Petitioners concieving themselves to be
aggrieved by the said Order or Pass Warrant
humbly appeal against the same to your Worship
and may Relief in the Premises and that a Day
in this present Session may be appointed for the
Hearing and determining the said Appeal
