George the Third by the Grace God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of
the Faith To the Keepers of Our Peace and Our Justices Assigned to head and determine
divers Felonies Trespasses and other misdemeaners Committed within our County
of Middlesex and to every of them Greeting we being willing for certain reasons that
all and singular Order made by you or some of you between the inhabitants
of the Parish of Sunbury in the County of Middlesex appellants and the Inhabitants
of the Parish of Saint Pancrass in the said County Respondents (As is said) be
sent by you before us Do Command you and every of you that you or one of
you do Send under your Seals or the Seal of one of you before us On the
Morrow of all Souls wheresoever we shall then be in England all and
singular the said Order with all things touching the same as fully
and perfectly as they have been made by you or any of you and now remain in
the Custody of you or some of you together with this wit that we may further
Cause to be done these on what of right and acording to the Law and Customs
of England we shall see fit to be done witness William Earl of Mansfield
at Westminster the fifteenth day of June in the Twenty Fifth year of our Reign
