Smiths work done by him at New Prison &
Clerkenwell Bridewell from the 5th. day of Janry last
to the 16th. day of Dec last amounting 4.30.5.7 were bad
before them
but the Charge in the said Bills not having been Certified to Your

Commee to be reasonable by any Surveyor Your Commee do
Not think themselves Competent to Judge thereof and
therefore submit the same to the consideration of the Court
