for the County of Middlesex in their Quarter Session
of the peace assembled.

The humble petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell
in the County of Middlesex .

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands and
Seals of Thos. Gordon< no role > and W. Addington Esquires two of his Majestys
Justices of the peace in and for the County of Middlesex aforesaid (one
where of being of the Quorum) bearing date the 24th. day of November
last past Ann Chantres< no role > was removed and conveyed by the Names of Ann Gibson< no role > from and out of the
Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex aforesaid
to the said Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell as the place of the last
legal Settlement of the said Ann Chartres< no role > .

Your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved by
the Adjudication of the said two Justices and therefore
humbly appeal to this Court against the same
and pray your Worships will appoint a Day in the
present Session for the Wearing and Determining
the said Appeal
