At the General Session of the Peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King Holden at the Session House
on Clerkenwell Green in and for the County of
Middlesex one Monday the twelfth day of
December in the twenty Sixth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third
King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Church Wardens
and Overseers of she Poor of the Parish of Saint James
within the Liberty of Westminster in this County have
notice of this Appeal And that and all persons
concerned do attend this Court on Thursday next the
Fifteenth day of this instant December by nine of the
Clock in the forenoon of the same day to Hear and
Abide the Judgment and determination of this Court
touching the said Appeal
