This Appeal was Entd & Respited at the last
Session on 15 Septemr. last, the Appelts were
not then Ready to Try the Appeal not being able to
find the pampers Husband who had deserted her before
the Removal the pauper Mary Nichols< no role > was then
in Lambeth Workhouse but being very un easy at her
Situation she beg'd of the Officers to let her go out & she
would take one of her Children with her and Provide for
it to which they Consented & she has not been seen
since by them They have taken all the panis they can
to find out either her or her Husband but in Vain.

Please there fore to move that the hearing & this Appeal
may be adjourned to next Sessions in order that the
Appelts. may have an Opertunity of finding out the pamper
for her husband to give Evidence for them

To prove that this Witness has taken a great
deal of Pains to find out the Pauper but cannot}
