That Your Petitioner humbly conceives
himself aggrieved by the said Conviction

Therefore doth appeal against the same and
humbly prays that the said Conviction may be
Quashed and that Your Petitioner may have such
further and other Relief in the premises as to your
Worships shall seem Meet and Your Petitioner
further humbly prays That the hearing and
determining of his said appeal may be adjourned
until the next General Quarter Session of the peace
to be holden in and for the said County.
