John Horne< no role > of Chick Lane in the City of London Labourer
maketh Oath and Saith that he hath had the Annexed Letter
delivered unto him as if he had been Bail for the above
named Dependants Joseph pain< no role > and Mary Pain< no role > But this
Diponent possitively declares and on his Oath saith
that he doth not know any person or persons of the
same or names of Joseph Pain< no role > or mary Pain or
either of them or Ever was Bail in any Court or before
any person or persons for persons of the name or
names of Joseph Pain< no role > or Mary Pain< no role > or Bail
for any person or persons whom some And that
if any person describing himself John Horn of
Chick Lane hath become Bail for the said Joseph
Pain< no role > and Mary Pain< no role > It is not this Deponent
but some person who hath wicked by personated
this Deponent
