of Saint Giles in the County of Middlesex Gentlemen
Maketh Oath and saith that he this Deponent did
on Wednesday the Twetyth day of this Instant October go
with Humphry Goodwin< no role > to the dwelling house. of
Mr. Edward Whitehand< no role > of Balton Street Shorts
Gardens in the Parish of Saint Giles in the
Said County of Middlesex and requested of the
said Edward Whitehand whether it was aquable
to him that the Prosecution brought against Ann
Goodwin< no role > should be done with, that the Bail entered
into at December last should be discharged. by
Humphrys Goodwin's drawing his recognizance for
the Appearance of the abovenamed Ann Goodwin< no role >
when he informd this Deponent that he had not
the least Objection as he never intended to
