Take Notice That I shall personally appear
at the next General Session of the peace to the holden
at the Session House for the said County on Monday the Tenth
day of December next (by adjournment) at the hour
of Nine o Clock in the forenoon of the same day
and will then and three Fry my Traverse on the
Indictment by you preferred against me for an
Assault Dated the 27th- day of November 1783
