and saith that he this Deponent hath made diligent
Search after the above Named Prosecutor John Witton< no role >
at his last Place of abode in Church Lane White
Chaple and every where Else he was likely to hear
of him but has never been able to learn Intelligence
where he may be found therefore this Deponent pr [..]
this Court will respite his recognizance and
that he may have leave to bring the Defendant at
the next session and this Deponent further that the
other Bail Consents likewise
