of John Brotherton< no role > for an Assault.

Elizabeth Brotherton< no role > the Wife of John Brotherton< no role > of
Edward Street in the Parish of Saint Mary le Bone in the County
of Middlesex Gent Maketh Oath and Saith that in September
Sessions last She preferred a Bill of Indictment against the
abovenamed Dependant for a Violent Assault which was
returned by the [..] Sury a True Bill, And that the Said
Dependant at last October Session Pleaded not Guilty to the
said Indictment and entered into a Recogniz and to Prosecute
[..] Traverse at this Present Session, And this Deponent further
with that the annexed Notice was left on Friday Morning
last the 5th. day of December at her Husbands House in Edward
Street Which Notice of Tryal this Deponent is informed is
not Regular and agreeable to the Order of this Honorable
[..] and this deponent, further Saith that She verily belie [..]
that said Dependant did not mean to appear and Try
his Traverse according to The Tenor of his Said Recognizance
as he hath not entered his Venire for that Purpose,
