Patrick Carrolls< no role > of Cross Lane in the parish off
Saint Giles in fields in the County of Middlesex Victualler
Maketh Oath That on or about the twenty sixth day of
May last he this Deponent was Cound in a Recognizance
of Ten Pounds for the appearance of one Luke Murphy< no role >
at the then next Session of the peace for the said County
to Answer the Complaint of one William Walton< no role > for
an Assault That this Deponent hath been informed
a Bill of Indictment was preferred and found against
the said luke Murphy< no role > for such Assault But soon
afterwards the said William Walton< no role > departed this Life
and the side Luke Murphy< no role > Took his Tryal at the Old
Bailey in July Session following for the Wilful Murder
of the said William Walton< no role > and was acquitted of the
same
