May Session 1781.

The Chairman having informed the Court that the
Sheriff of this County had delivered to him as one of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace residing within the hundred
of Ossulston within this County aTwo severalwri [..] of execution for
certain damages recovered in his Majestys
courts of record at Westminster against the
Inhabitant of the said hundred for
State the Execution.

Resolved that it be referred to suchthe Committee
of his Majestys Justices of the peace appd.
for this County Members of the commee appointed to
said Hundred of Ossulston [..] unto By [..] residd inhabiting within the to assess and tax rateably and proportrenably
according to their discretions all and every the
Towns parishes till ages and Hamlets as well
of the said Hundred as of the Liberties within the
said hundred to and towards an equal con
tribution to be had and made for the Relief
of the said Inhabitant against whom the
said parties had their execution; and after
such taxation made to [..] the same to
the Constables constable Headboroughs or
Headboroughs of every such town parish
Village and Hamlet to the end that the said
Constables and Headboroughs [..]
may [..] and proportionably [..] and
