And, to the End, that no common Waggoner or Carrier may be ignorant of the Law in this Behalf, they are
hereby required to take Notice, That none of them is or are to take for Carriage of any Goods and Merchan-
dizes, above the Rates and Prices hereby set, upon Pain to forfeit for every such Offence, the Sum of Five
Pounds, to be levied by Distress and Sale of his and their Goods, by Warrant of any two Justices of the Peace

where such Waggoner or Carrier shall reside, in Manner as by the said Act is appointed, to the Use of the
Party grieved.
